Apologies were received from Cllr Dr J Morgan.
2. Minutes of the last meeting.
The minutes of the last meeting were accepted as a correct record.
4. Matters arising:
Planning decisions
There were no planning decisions.
Oldford Phase IV
The suggested revised plans for the site were considered.
The Committee agreed to pass the suggested plan to both the Planning Department and
the owners of the site.
5. Planning Applications:
P2010 0190 1st Welshpool Scout HQ
Erection of a replacement extension to the Scout HQ.
The Committee agreed to SUPPORT this application.
Cllr S Squibb and Cllr T Squibb declared an interest in this application and took no part in the discussion.
P2010 0198 Somefields Berriew Street
Two external illuminated signs and one panel sign.
The Committee agreed to SUPPORT this application.
P2010 0197 Llyn Coed y Dinas Nature Reserve
Erection of a wooden structure and decking area.
The Committee agreed to SUPPORT this application.
