You can call your councillor by gaining the details from the Town Clerks Office or you can call in and meet them at one of our regular monthly meeting points.  The details are shown on this web page.

 

HOW TO BRING A TOPIC TO THE COUNCIL

You can approach a Councillor to bring a topic to the Council's attention or you can make an appointment to meet the Town Clerk.

CAN I MEET THE COUNCIL COMMITTEES

Yes you can, please come along to one of the meetings and speak to Councillors.

WHERE TO MEET YOUR COUNCILLOR

There are two places each month when you can meet Town Councillors.

 

They are:

 

MAYORS COFFEE MORNINGS

4th Friday of each month (except December) in the Corn Exchange of the Town Hall from 9am to 12 noon.

 

COUNCILLOR SURGERIES

3rd Tuesday of the month in the offices of the Town Clerk from 5pm till 7pm.
