STREET CHAMPIONS SCHEME
WELSHPOOL COMMUNITY PLAN In November 2008 Welshpool Town Council adopted a Community Plan based upon public consultation. The main theme of the plan is to create more pride in Welshpool looking to tackle litter, dog mess, parking, drinking and many other antisocial matters.
