2. Minutes of the last meeting:

The minutes of the last meeting were accepted as a correct record.

3. Planning Applications:

The following planning applications were considered:

P2010 0698 19 SEVERN STREET WELSHPOOL

The erection of a rear extension and change of use from offices to residential.

The Committee SUPPORTS this application.

The reason for this decision is that there is little reason for retention of shop or office uses towards the station after you pass Brooks Cycles.

P2010 0708 20 SEVERN STREET WELSHPOOL (Collet House)

Change of use from offices to residential.

The Committee SUPPORTS this application.

The reason for this decision is that there is little reason for retention of shop or office uses towards the station after you pass Brooks Cycles.

P2010 0720 HOMELEY GUILSFIELD ROAD WELSHPOOL

Proposed extension and internal alterations.

The Committee SUPPORTS this application.

P2010 0718 WITY BEDS WELSHPOOL

The provision of 5 semi detached community buildings and the siting of 6 additional caravans.

The Committee SUPPORTS this application subject to:

The site being retained as a transit site.

The site being used in accordance with any consent.

4. Town Centre update

The Town Clerk gave a short update on the progress with the Town Centre.

5. Consultations

The Town Clerk has received several important consultations including one on wind farms and another on the LDP and Affordable Housing. All can be the subject of a full presentation at the next meeting.
