4.        Report on actions taken since last meeting:

    1.    A press release to be issued to the media.

2.    The area AM's and PM's to be kept fully informed of the Associations activities.

3.    Welsh Language Policy to be passed to the Welsh Language Board

4.    Letter to be sent to WAG and Parliament on the TAN8 Wind Farms as per agenda papers.

5.    Secretary to write to Powys Local Health Board with regard to local surgery opening hours.

6.    Letter to be sent to WAG regarding the independent legal system for Wales consultation.

7.    Letter to be sent to WAG regarding the sustainable development consultation.

8.    Letter to be sent urgently to Cllr K Astley regarding the review panel to be held on 27th April regarding remunerations.

9.    Annual conference to be booked for July 2013 on the Annual Meeting day.

5.        Executive Meeting of the Association:

            To consider the minutes of the last meeting of the Executive Group.

6.        Portas Report on the future of Town Centres

            See paper issued.
